1) The main site rules apply here.
2) Freelance Roleplay means you can roleplay anything here, so long as there's no godmodding, powerplaying, or cybering/lemons/sex roleplay's. So, if you want to do a Naruto meets bleach, or inuyasha meets pokemon, etc., by all means, go ahead!
3) There exists four boards for different levels of roleplaying here, and for good reason. Please respect this and follow the following guidelines.
4) Beginners school of Roleplay
This area exists for one purpose, for you to improve your roleplay skills, meaning that EVERYTHING you post will be commented on by a staff member or a volunteer with roleplaying experience in order for you to improve. Please don't attack someone else who critisize's or otherwise comments on how you post just because you don't like what they say. If their comments are too out of hand or unapropriate, a staff member will step in. If nothing is done and you think what they say is out of hand, send a PM to a staff member and we will take care of it.
Beginner's Board
This is where beginner's can roleplay and improve their roleplaying skills. This is not the same as the Roleplayer's school, so comments and critism should not be posted here. If you are looking for people to comment on how you can improve, please roleplay in the RolePlayer's school section.
Intermediate Roleplayer's Board
This is where the intermediate Roleplayer's can roleplay and improve their roleplaying skills. This is not the same as the Roleplayer's school, so comments and critism should not be posted here. If you are looking for people to comment on how you can improve, please roleplay in the RolePlayer's school section.
Advanced Roleplayer's Board
This section is Exclusively for Advanced Roleplayers and Staff only! An example of your roleplaying skill is Required to gain the password for this section. To get it, come up with an example and send it in a PM(personal message) to 'admin' and wait for a reply with a password in it. If the post isn't up to standard, you'll be turned down. Period. No exceptions. Staff also have unlimited access to this section regardless of their roleplaying skill. This is to make sure all roleplayer's are following the rules.
5) When starting a new roleplay, post what type of roleplay you want it to be. For example, if you want a specific topic like Naruto with only cannon characters(in other words, characters ONLY from the show/books) post it in the opening/first post and be specific on any restrictions for your roleplay. On that note, don't join someone's roleplay if your not going to follow their guidelines and try to cause problems. Start your own roleplay thread instead of attacking someone. If someone breaks this rule and starts causing a problem, PM a staff member about the situation and they will handle it properly.
6) When joining or starting a thread for roleplay, keep these guidelines in mind:
Beginner's Board: Beginner's posts are somewhere between one and three sentence's of posting, and have little to no detail on character looks, surroundings, and actions, and have more than a few grammical or spelling error's. They are short, and involve mostly talking. This is the best place for new roleplayer's to start out.
Intermediate Roleplayer's board: Intermediate posts can be somewhere from five or six sentence's to a paragraph in length. They include descriptions of enviorment, character appearance, actions, and lengthier dialog than a beginner's post. They have few grammatical or spelling error's, but are still present. This is a good place for people who have been roleplaying for a few years.
Advanced Roleplayer's board: Advanced posts are almost always a full paragraph or more, with highly detailed description's of character appearance, actions, enviorement and surroundings, character feelings, emotions, and thoughts, good dialog, good vocabulary and word usage, and little to no grammical or spelling error's. Posts are well thought out and exquisitly written.
