Ok Kit, we have 4 months to lose the weight. We have to get serious about this now.
Here is the diet.
Breakfast= High fiber cereal Lunch= fruits, salads, vegetables, and or fish. Dinner= chicken, fish, or any other lean meats with some sort of vegetable.
Drink one gallon of water a day. This means no too little soda and no high sugar content.
Work out plan.
Month 1: Week 1: Fast walk for a contestant 30 min. week 2:Push up, crunches, or weights. week 3: Fast walk for a contestant 30 min. week 4: Push up, crunches, or weights. Month 2: Week 1: Fast walk for a contestant 30 min. week 2:Push up, crunches, or weights. week 3: Fast walk for a contestant 30 min. week 4: Push up, crunches, or weights. Month 3: Week 1: Fast walk for a contestant 30 min. week 2:Push up, crunches, or weights. week 3: Fast walk for a contestant 30 min. week 4: Push up, crunches, or weights. Month 4: Week 1: Fast walk for a contestant 30 min. week 2:Push up, crunches, or weights. week 3: Fast walk for a contestant 30 min. week 4: Push up, crunches, or weights.
Target Weight: 135-140
